Seona Boyle is an operational strategist and community organizer dedicated to advancing environmental stewardship, equitable resource access, and holistic well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Sustainability and Spanish from Drexel University, where she cultivated a focus on sustainable food systems and sovereignty in Puerto Rico.
Her professional path began in 2020 with an AmeriCorps volunteer placement at a grassroots community organization on the island, where she deepened her commitment to environmental justice and community wellness. Over the course of her career in the third sector, Seona has led organizational initiatives in capacity building, grant writing and management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Her work reflects a consistent dedication to strengthening collective resilience through education, effective organizing, and accessible resources.
Seona’s operational leadership is grounded in a collaborative ethos, ensuring that systems and workflows reflect the values of transparency, inclusivity, and sustainability. She brings to PRISMA a strong track record in aligning organizational processes with mission-driven outcomes, supporting both day-to-day coordination and long-term strategic goals.
As PRISMA’s Operational Coordinator, Seona is committed to fostering a supportive and efficient infrastructure for psychedelic research and education in Puerto Rico, ensuring that the organization’s scientific integrity, community engagement, and accessibility pillars remain at the heart of every project.
